Why we think negative and how to overcome it?

This is the common thought process that strikes your mind when one doesn't want to accept happenings. Negative thinking is not only the image of your mind but can also act as an image of your expression. Hence carrying this throughout your life isn't going to give you benefit.

Over the century's, human mankind has proved to be the best species in terms of civilization and upgradation. But in terms of individual happiness or well being, its still a question? Your mental well being is a product of what you think and execute. Hence one need to be very careful in maintaining a proper harmony between thinking and execution. Failing to this, will affect the life in similar way just like improper salt proportion affects the dish.

You probably must be knowing these things but still some of you may not be able to overcome negative thinking.

Why we think negative?

So let's take an example to understand the crux it. To relax from regular work, you open YouTube. So when you open YouTube, you may have noticed that videos displayed are from various categories (educational, video songs, live gaming, etc). Now from looking thumbnail you got attracted to a particular video (eg. Video songs) and subsequently enjoyed it. Further your mind reminded to search another video song which you wish to see it. After spending your time, you get back to your regular work. But next time when you again visit YouTube, you will noticed that YouTube will recommend you to first watch another video song which you may or may not like. Now questions arises, why does it recommend?  This is because YouTube came to know that this guy like watching video songs. Similar game is played by your brain. Your brain is full of different thoughts like positive, negative, baised etc. But you still get attracted to negative thoughts not only because of thumbnail but also it is the only affordable thing your mind can do without mental fatigue. You start thinking on negative thoughts just like you search video songs. Simultaneously your brain analyses that this guy likes negative thinking. So when you are free next time, brain will recommend similar kind of negative thinking just like how YouTube recommended to watch video songs.

How to overcome negative thinking?

You would be thinking about, how to get rid of this? What you do with other videos on YouTube? Ignores it, Right ! Similarly you need to ignore negative thoughts and focus on thinking positive thoughts so that your brain comes to know that this guy likes positive thinking. Hence subsequently it will recommend you the same.

How brain works?

Technically or biologically thinking part is controlled by your conscious mind whereas the most important part is execution which is controlled by your subconscious mind. Conscious mind knows what is right or wrong but your subconscious mind doesn't ! Hence if you think good your subconscious mind will execute good and if you think bad, subconscious mind will execute bad. This is how your mind works.

So finally, do positive thinking or affirmation and most significantly believe it. Henceforth  to achieve something, don't  think low and feel suprficial BUT....
